My poor baby, at just over a week old he was put on his first antibiotic. His tongue looked like it was covered in cottage cheese, plus there were spots on the roof of his mouth and inside his cheeks. But don't let the pictures fool you, the thrush didn't seem to bother him much, I had to snap these when he was hungry so you could see inside his mouth. Plus after his nystatin it's almost all cleared up.

ReplyDeleteI was cleaning out files today, Chanie, and I found the letter you sent me in law school where you tell me all about how you're going to the doctor to find out what you're dying of (with great detail of all the times you'd thrown up!), and you hope I have a happy birthday because your life sucks. It was adorable. The only better letter was when you wrote to tell me Alex had died on my mission, but I guess I didn't save that one.
Anyway, glad to hear Roy's recovering from all his mis-adventures and is gaining weight now.
